The spectacular Hector Falls is best seen from Seneca Lake, however the upper portion of the waterfall is easily viewed from the NY 414 bridge that travels right next to the falls. The bridge over Falls Creek is 3.4 miles north of Watkins Glen along NY 414. The shoulder of the road is wide on both sides of the road as well as both sides of the bridge for parallel parking.
