New Federal Great Lakes Advisory Board Taps Two Alliance Board Members The Alliance for the Great Lakes congratulates two members of its board of directors on their appointments Wednesday to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s newly created Great Lakes Advisory Board. Named to two-year terms are Jim Ridgway, chairman of the Alliance board of directors and vice president at Environmental Consulting and Technology in Detroit, Michigan; and Joy Mulinex, director of government relations for the Western Reserve Land Conservancy in Moreland Hills, Ohio.
